अवर अभियंता संघ, बिहार केवल एक संगठन नहीं, बल्कि राज्य के अवर अभियंताओं की एकता, सम्मान, अधिकार एवं कल्याण का सशक्त मंच है। हमारा उद्देश्य अभियंताओं के सेवा हितों की रक्षा करना, उनकी व्यावसायिक क्षमता को सुदृढ़ बनाना तथा संगठन को और अधिक मजबूत एवं प्रभावी बनाना है।
बिहार के विकास में अभियंताओं की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। सड़क, भवन, सिंचाई, पेयजल, ऊर्जा तथा आधारभूत संरचना के निर्माण में हमारे अभियंता निरंतर योगदान दे रहे हैं।
संघ का प्रयास है कि प्रत्येक सदस्य को उचित प्रतिनिधित्व, सहयोग एवं मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त हो तथा उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु संगठन सदैव तत्पर रहे।
एकता ही बल है, विभाजन पतन है।
